Sarah Gregg is a Reiki Master Teacher, qualified sound healer, natural therapy practitioner and Master Teacher of Reiki Drumming. Her work brings together drumming, shamanic practice, sound healing and ceremony, with a focus on how sound and rhythm can help us connect with ourselves, each other and the world around us.
Sarah’s spiritual journey began with travels through Australia and Asia in the late 1980s. Since setting up her practice in the UK in 1999, she has continued to explore and share shamanic practice, energy work and sacred sound through her teaching, treatments, workshops and community gatherings.
In 2007, Sarah introduced Reiki Drumming to the UK and has since taught hundreds of Reiki practitioners in this practice. She has also developed specialist training in gong and ceremonial sound.
The drum is central to Sarah’s work. She values it as a sacred instrument and a way to connect with the body, explore our inner worlds, and find a deeper connection with the natural rhythms of life. Drumming is also a way of bringing people together. Through community drum workshops, shamanic sound journeys, gong baths and ceremonial gatherings, Sarah creates welcoming spaces where people can share the experience of making sound together.
Sarah is the creator of the Ancestral Resonance Process™ and founder of The Akasha Process®, both of which bring together shamanic practice, sound healing and the drum. She also developed the CMA-accredited Professional Diploma in Ceremonial Sound, offering qualified sound healers the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and experience of working with sound in ceremony.
Sarah continues to share her love of drumming, sound, and shamanic practice through her teaching and community work, creating opportunities for people to explore, connect, and experience the value of making sound together for their own healing and their spiritual and personal development.
