Hello, my name is Sommer, I run Affirmations and am based in Fordingbridge in the New Forest,Hampshire, I have been Crystal Healing for 15 years and sound came into my journey in 2017 after connecting with the Celtic Tree Tuning Forks. I then became a qualified sound practitioner in 2023, my one to one sessions are very popular with my existing customers and I was always being asked to do small private sound sessions, which I accommodated and where my journey has spiralled and I have been offering group sound immersions since 2024.
I bring into these journeys the moon and earth cycles that are around us on the day, with a small step into vocal relaxation before going onto your own journey with where the bowls, pipes and or gong takes you. There is a silence at the end then my vocals will bring you back to your physical body where you are encouraged to take a drink and eat as this aids in the re grounding of our physical bodies.
My sessions usually last up to 2 hours, however, on the day of We Offer Wellness festival it will be a shorter taster session.
