Hi, I’m a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, Women’s Health & Fertility Nurse, and NHS Health Coach. I specialise in all aspects of women’s health, from hormonal balance to feminine embodiment.
I help provide personalised grounded guidance in natural health principles integrating nutrition, lifestyle medicine, mindset coaching, and evidence-based wellness strategies.
Movement has been a central thread throughout my life. I’ve been a dancer for over 30 years and have practiced yoga for nearly two decades. Although chronic pain and medical conditions prevented me from performing professionally, I came to understand dance as a powerful form of meditation, energy shifting, and trauma processing. This insight led me to explore the healing potential of embodied movement more deeply, and has been a great impact on my movement through trauma and chronic pain conditions.
I have trained in Kundalini yoga, facilitate ecstatic dance, and have learned from diverse cultural traditions, including work with the whirling dervishes. I now run workshops that support people in reconnecting with their intuition, inner wisdom, and natural bodily rhythms through conscious movement and dance.
I am based currently in Portugal though return to UK regularly to run workshops and retreats.
Sound healing grew out of that same space. Just like movement, sound works directly with the body rather than the mind. Rhythm, vibration, and frequency help the nervous system settle, release stored tension, and shift emotional energy often without needing to talk things through. I see sound as another way of helping the body remember balance.
Many of the traditions I’ve trained in - Kundalini yoga, ecstatic dance, and working with practices like whirling naturally weave sound, breath, and movement together. I think sound and movement can work alongside nutrition and lifestyle support really well to help people slow down, tune in, and reconnect with their body’s natural rhythms in a really grounded, supportive way.
In my feminine somatic embodiment session, we’ll explore what it feels like to truly inhabit the feminine body; not as an idea, but as a lived, felt experience.
Through gentle movement, breath, sound, and guided awareness, we’ll slow things down and listen to the body’s cues. We’ll explore softness and strength, flow and stillness, expression and rest. There’s space to release tension, unwind old patterns, and reconnect with your emotional, hormonal, and energetic natural rhythms.
This isn’t about getting the movement 'right' or performing femininity. It’s about curiosity, sensation, and allowing the body to lead. You’ll be invited to explore your pelvis, hips, spine, and breath, and how they relate to grounding, pleasure, boundaries, and intuition.
We’ll also work with sound, rhythm, and simple somatic practices to support nervous system regulation and create a sense of safety in the body. The class is a space to soften out of doing and into being, to reconnect with your inner wisdom, creativity, and embodied presence.
You can expect to leave feeling more grounded, open, and connected to yourself with tools you can carry into everyday life.
