OUR VIBE Sounding Out with Nat Nissim

OUR VIBE Sounding Out with Nat Nissim

I am based in London and I am a yoga teacher, sound facilitator and Kirtan leader who also has a full time job in the music industry.

Sound healing and kirtan are deeply meaningful to me because they offer a direct experience of connection. To myself, to others and to something greater. Through vibration, rhythm and mantra, these practices bypass the thinking mind and invite us into presence and devotion.

Kirtan opens the heart through shared voice and rhythm, transforming individual expression into a collective experience.

I am passionate about holding these spaces because they remind us of our shared humanity. Whether in silence or in song, sound has the power to heal, unite and uplift and it is a privilege to facilitate that journey for others.

At the festival we will use call and response chanting using simple melodies and repetition of words creatinine a gentle, uplifting flow.

Festival goers can expect a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone is invited to participate at their own level. They can join in and sing, they can listen, they can sit, they can stand and move, they can have their eyes open, they can have their eyes closed. There are no rules and it is just about being in the space and the sangha!

It is as much about connection and presence as it is about sound, allowing the mind to settle and the heart to open.

Festival goers may leave feeling calmer, lighter, more energised and connected (both to themselves and others). They will leave feeling JOY!
