I grew up in the suburbs of London UK and from an early age I was fascinated by music, people, and the energy that connects them. Music became my passion and eventually my profession. I spent many years as an international DJ, travelling the world (65 countries), performing at clubs, festivals, and major events. The dance music scene gave me incredible experiences and allowed me to connect with people globally.
Being a resident DJ at Ministry of Sound and playing at Pacha Ibiza will always be highlights of a wonderful early life spent DJing, and of course as a Music Producer and Remixer creating a Top 10 hit with our Dab Hands Remix of ’Satellite of Love’ in 2004 with Lou Reed and David Bowie was my highlight in the recording studio.
Beyond music, and after a devastating diagnosis of an incurable dis-ease and then the recovery that I’ve documented in my first book ‘Life Remixed', I got interested in personal development, psychology, human behaviour, spirituality, and helping people reach their potential.
Looking back, DJing taught me far more than music - it taught me about communication, reading the room and how to connect with people, it also taught me leadership, resilience, and the power of creating memorable experiences for thousands of people.
My journey has been far from straightforward. After almost 20 years in the music industry, I experienced the painful Life Remixed moments, to begin with it was significant pain in my body which led to personal and professional challenges that essentially forced me to reassess my entire life and purpose. Those experiences became the catalyst for the Life Remixed growth and transformation.
I became increasingly passionate about understanding human behaviour and helping others navigate their own challenges. This led me into coaching, speaking, and working with the personality framework E-Colours. All of which has led me to have the opportunity to work globally again in mutiple high-risk industries, helping individuals and teams improve communication, leadership, and safety performance.
Life Remixed shares my personal story and the lessons I learned through that adversity. Since then, I’ve continued developing the “Remixed” series of books, including Love Remixed, Personalities Remixed and Money Remixed, with several other projects in the pipeline. Writing allows me to share ideas and experiences that can help people create positive change in their own lives.
Some people ask me if I miss DJing and Music, I find that an interesting question, the answer is always ‘no’.
The reason being I now get the same joy by seeing people experience breakthroughs - whether that’s gaining self-awareness, improving relationships, finding purpose, or overcoming challenges they’ve struggled with for years.
I love speaking, coaching, writing, and creating content that inspires people to think differently about themselves and their potential. My goal is to continue expanding the Remixed brand globally through books, coaching programmes, podcasts, online courses, speaking engagements, and leadership development.
I’m particularly passionate about bringing E-Colours personality awareness and communication training to organisations around the world, helping create safer, healthier, and more effective workplaces. Ultimately, I want to impact as many lives as possible by helping people remix their thinking, relationships, health, finances, and purpose.
The whole Remixed philosophy is that we can change, we can improve, and I believe my journey of going from an addict to someone who can add great value to other peoples lives is a transformation worth sharing.
