We are both qualified sound therapists who met during a Reiki training course and instantly felt how natural and joyful it was to work together. Our shared passion for energetic wellness and sound exploration has grown into a creative, transformative collaboration. Together, we hold soulful, calm spaces where sound and Reiki flow easily.
Shannon is London based Angelic Reiki Master Teacher, Galactic Reiki Practitioner and Sound healer who brings a deep passion and devotion to her practice. Her approach combines Indigenous Caribbean practices, intuition, crystal healing, light language and messages from her guides, allowing her to tap into the profound healing vibrations of sound, Angelic and Galactic Reiki. Shannon holds a sacred space for her clients, allowing them to explore their emotions, find solace, and reconnect with their inner and higher selves.
Pernilla is based in Bromley and works mainly in London and Kent. She is a Sound Healing facilitator, Usui Reiki Master and Galactic Reiki practitioner, passionate about guiding others on a journey of self-discovery and inner balance. Drawing on her experience as a yoga teacher, she blends sound therapy, ceremonial drumming, and Reiki energy work to create experiences that encourage a deep sense of relaxation and grounded stability. Inspired by shamanic traditions and the meditative practices of Zen Buddhism, Pernilla offers a holistic approach that nurtures healing on every level—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Sound has many beautiful ways of being experienced—both as expression and as reception. Humming, singing, playing instruments, and the sounds of nature are all powerful ways of connecting with sound. It can feel like magic, while also being grounded in science, with profound healing benefits.
The energy of sound healing offers an antidote to the stress we so easily absorb in the modern world. As everything is vibration, sound supports us in returning to the original blueprint of creation, reconnecting with our authentic self and the healer within—allowing us to come home to ourselves.
At the OUR VIBE festival we will be softly guiding participants into harmony, a heartfelt sense of deeper connection with self and emotional stability. This session offers a sanctuary of sound and energy, channeling Galactic Reiki hands-on (optional) alongside soothing vibrations to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and invite deep rest and rejuvenation.
