Sound healing naturally grew from my energy work. I’ve always been drawn to vibration because we live in a vibrational universe and how it affects the body and mind. My passion is creating calm, grounded spaces where people can switch off, reset, and let the sound do the work.
At the OUR VIBE festival it’s all about lying back, getting comfortable, and allowing the frequencies to help you unwind, release tension, and leave feeling lighter and more centred. Trust that whatever may come up is meant for you and is part of your own journey.
