Hey I’m Sarah, Founder of Empowered by Freedom, a title I gave myself after an extremely dark period in my life 6 years ago when my true path was un earthed.
Being rooted in music from a young age I always felt a connection to how different sounds and frequencies made us feel so with that my lust for knowledge grew and I poured myself in to learning as much about the arts as possible.
I have been on the path of reshaping my beliefs for a while now and along the way have picked up some amazing tools met some amazing educators and have added so much to my kit, this knowledge and experience has helped me to understand the deeper level of my own needs and how my body a tunes to the environment when encapsulated in sound there for allowing me the freedom and ability to allow others to be held in this same way, my own art of healing was born. Allowing myself to stay authentic in my practices I have gained amazing support around Kent and for the past 4 years have been facilitating group sessions as well as 121s.
Weather it’s Organic Sounds my voice or electronic music I have mastered them all being able to play a range of instruments from all over the world and also being able to jump on a set of decks has been a huge blessing to not only my healing journey but to those I am lucky to meet. A girl who couldn’t stop writing poetry and singing is now using her voice to help people move mindsets.
With 12 years experience in holistic health and therapy, I create a warm and nurturing space where anyone is welcome. priding myself on being authentic in a messy world reminding people that we are all only human.
I have been leading transformative group sessions across four separate venues over the past four years, fostering a sense of community and connection. As a nature enthusiast, I embody a kind heart and gentle spirit so that those who join me feel safe and welcomed in to a space to explore their inner landscapes and cultivate profound growth.
